The production process as follow displaying:
1. Profile cutting
In order to make the highly accurate dimension produts,we pick up every equipments and machines very carefully. The high quality machine ensure the aluminium profiles in high precision level. And we also have higher requirements for the raw material,for we beliver the perfect quality cannot separate with the rigorous attitude. We use the best pure aluminium ingot on China market. The products quality firmly complies with China domestic and international standard.
2.CNC Produt line
Taking advantage of the latest equitment and highest technology ,our products firmly comply with international standards. With the features of high intensity,anti-corrosion and not easy to deformation,Our products are widely used in villa,apartment,hotel,hall,stadium,theaters,libraries and other buildings.
3.Polishing product line
The polishing wheel coated with polishing wax is used to process the surface of the aluminum , which can reduce the roughness of the surface of the aluminum , make the surface smooth, with bright or mirror effect, and also can effectively repair the scratch and scratch on the surface of the aluminum.
4. Brushing product line
The wire drawing process is to repeatedly scrape out the line on the surface of the aluminum alloy through sandpaper. The lines of the wire drawing are diverse, which can clearly show the lines of each fine grain. The wire drawing process can make the aluminum alloy both fashionable and scientific and technological.
5.Sand blasting product line
The process of using the impact of high-speed sand flow to clean and coarsene metal surfaces. The surface treatment of aluminum parts in this method can make the surface of the workpiece obtain a certain degree of cleanliness and different roughness, so that the mechanical properties of the surface of the workpiece are improved, so as to improve the fatigue resistance of the workpiece, increase the adhesion between it and the coating, extend the durability of the coating film, and also help the flow and decoration of the coating.
6.Punching product line
Compared with metal iron, aluminum alloy stamping parts are relatively soft, expensive and easy to break. Some aluminum alloy products also require follow-up processing, such as wire drawing and anodizing. It is particularly easy to produce jacking and handling during stamping production.Our factory has been precipitated for 19 years and can completely avoid many technical problems.
7.Lacquer product line
Hardware oil injection process is a kind of technology to form a protective film on the surface of hardware products, which can improve the appearance and service life of hardware products.We have advanced production lines, semi-automated production equipment, as well as high-tech workers, to meet the deployment and use of a variety of colors.
8. Glass processing product line
Glass cutting, polishing, tempering, screen printing and other processes can be completed in our production line.
9.Assembly line
The semi-automatic assembly line can complete the inspection and assembly of various sizes of glass doors, cabinets, ecological doors, etc., and complete the packaging and storage, and can be assembled according to customer requirements, smart and efficient.
10.Packaging line
Experienced quality inspection staff and full inspection staff together to finish the last quality level, every product and even a small screw here to pass the inspection before packaging.
